What kind of RVs do you service?
We service all RVs, from the smallest tent trailer to the biggest class A motor-home as well as everything in between.
Do you provide mobile (on-site) service?
We do provide mobile service for most repairs necessary. Occasionally a repair requires the work to be done at our shop, but that is a very rare occurrence. We do charge a service call to come to you, that service call depends upon where you are located.
What is your service area?
We provide mobile service to most of the Northern Arizona area. This includes the quad cities (Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey/Humboldt, Chino Valley) as well as Mayer, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Cordes Junction, Black Canyon City, Paulden, Williamson Valley, Coyote Springs, Bagdad, Ash Fork, Seligman, and many others.
Do you do insurance work?
Yes, we work with all major vehicle insurance companies. We provide free estimates for any insurance work you may need for your RV.
I have an extended warranty. Will you work with my policy and work on my RV?
Yes! We work with extended warranty companies. We provide free estimates for any anticipated work. We work to get you on the road as fast as possible.
What about warranty work in general?
Most warranty work necessary on your RV can be done through the manufacturer of the appliance or part that requires service. We can take care of that for you with no hesitation. If your coach requires warranty work done through the coach manufacturer, we will gladly contact them to see if we can provide you with service. We provide warranty service for several coach manufacturers, however some do require that you take your RV to an authorized dealer for service.
Our labor rate is $80 per hour. We try to be as fair as possible with our rate. We work as quickly as possible to keep the labor rate to a minimum for you when providing you with repair service.
Are your technicians certified?
We are proud to say that we are an authorized warranty and service center for ALL the RV appliance manufacturers in the industry. This requires yearly or semi yearly training/classes completion, satisfactory testing, continuing education, carrying of product in our facility. There are several "certifications" available which simply require paying a fee and watching a video. We don't believe in that. It's more important to be certified with confidence by the manufacturers of the products that are in your RV. We want customers have peace of mind that we really are qualified when we are repairing their RV.
I am a "DIY" person. Do you carry parts?
We carry parts! We have the largest inventory of RV appliance parts in the area. We carry all the latches, LP detectors, window parts, plumbing fittings, electrical wiring, towing wiring, and anything else you need to do your own repairs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal check, traveler's check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover.
